?The Fourth UN Environment Assembly was held in Nairobi, Kenya on March 11, 2019. Mr. Phurbu pointed out that the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is the "Third pole in the world". Private enterprises in Tibet are the beneficiaries of clear waters?and?green mountains?and?they are the practitioners of ecological civilization construction.
